3. Treatment Disclosure Guarantee: We ensure full disclosure of any treatments undergone by our gemstones. Our in-house guarantees or external lab reports clearly state whether a gemstone has been treated, adhering strictly to industry standards.

4. Certification Guarantee: All our gemstones come with a certificate from a reputable laboratory or an in-house certificate of guarantee from our GIA Graduate Gemologist. This ensures a more accurate representation of the gemstone's quality, origin, and treatments (if any).

5. Return and Exchange Guarantee: We offer a comprehensive 7-day return or exchange policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the gemstone within 7 days for a full refund, provided it is in its original condition. Additionally, we offer a lifetime guarantee that our gemstones will match their descriptions as outlined in our Terms of Sale.
