1. Introduction

Welcome to Mikami Gems Wholesale. These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern your purchase of jewelry items from our store. By making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

2. Guarantee of Authenticity

We guarantee that all jewelry items sold are genuine and as described. Each piece is accompanied by either a laboratory report or an in-house certificate of guarantee from our GIA Graduate Gemologist.

3. Clarity Grading

Clarity is based on our own grading scale, assessed by our in-house gemologist. This grading might differ from clarity evaluations provided by other companies or laboratories.

4. Color and Origin

The assessment of color and origin is subjective and may vary between laboratories. We do not guarantee that the same results will be provided by different laboratories due to differing standards and methodologies.

5. Treatment Disclosure

Treatments are disclosed based on the best knowledge of our gemologists and the laboratory certificates provided. However, we do not guarantee that other laboratories will provide the same results. For our in-house guarantee, we offer a lifetime assurance against undetected beryllium or heat treatments.

6. Return Policy

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn condition, with all original packaging and certificates.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at PSS@mgwsg.com.
Refund: Once the item is received and inspected, a refund (subject to deduction of credit card service fees), will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or not as described.

7. Exchange and Trade-In Policy

Exchange: Items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, subject to availability.
Trade-In: Customers can trade in previously purchased items towards new purchases. The trade-in value will be subject to a 30% discount from the current market value, minus any fees required to return the item to its original purchased condition.

8. Payment Terms

Accepted Methods: We accept all major credit cards through our website, for Paynow, Bank Transfer, Alipay and Wechat Pay, please contact our customer service team at contact@mgwsg.com.
Payment Due: Full payment is due at the time of purchase.
Taxes: All applicable taxes will be added to the purchase price.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
International Shipping: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred for international shipments.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
